Scaling & modes
Input lag (< 1 ms)
The delay a device adds to the picture — the Vertex² adds only a few pixel clocks.
What is it?
Input lag is the time between a signal entering a device and leaving it (or appearing on screen). Gamers notice anything above ~20 ms. Many scalers and video processors add a full frame (16–40 ms) because they buffer the picture.
Why it matters with the HDfury Vertex²
The HDfury Vertex² processes the signal line by line, not frame by frame, so even with scaling, HDCP conversion and metadata injection it adds far less than 1 millisecond — invisible for gaming and lip-sync.
How to use it on the Vertex²
Nothing to set. For the lowest total lag on a TV, combine with ALLM (auto game mode) passthrough and, on Dolby Vision TVs, LLDV.

- LLDV (Low-Latency Dolby Vision) — Dolby Vision tone-mapped by the player and sent as 12-bit 4:2:2 — usable on any HDR10 display via the Vertex².
